This is a focused, 30 minute conversation designed to understand what is really going on in your business and whether targeted external input would make a meaningful difference.

People usually book a discovery conversation when something commercially important needs attention.
Sometimes momentum has slowed, decisions are stalling or growth has plateaued. Sometimes the business is entering a new phase and leadership wants experienced judgement around the table.
In other situations the business would benefit from experienced, roll-your-sleeves-up commercial leadership for a period of time, but it does not make sense to hire someone of that calibre full time.
The conversation helps us understand what is really happening, where the pressure points are and whether bringing in experienced commercial capability would genuinely help.
This is not a sales call and there is no expectation to move forward. The purpose is simply to explore the situation, test assumptions and see whether working together would help.
