Curious By Nature
I have always been drawn to systems and how they work.

Technology first sparked that curiosity. I was the person experimenting early with new gadgets, automation and emerging tools long before they became mainstream.

My home still reflects that instinct to test, adapt and improve how things function. That interest originally led me to study computer science and later complete a diploma in quantum physics, and the habit of questioning how things really work has stayed with me ever since.
That same curiosity shows up in how I approach business. I am interested in what is really happening beneath the surface. How decisions are made, how people behave under pressure, and where small misalignments quietly create much bigger commercial problems.
I have always been fascinated by how people think, negotiate and make decisions, especially when the stakes are high.
Outside work, that curiosity takes other forms. I love cooking, travelling and uncovering the stories behind places and people. I also share my home with several rescue dogs and cats, which have taught me as much about patience and behaviour as any leadership book ever could.
Understanding how systems work, whether technical, commercial or human, has shaped the way I approach business challenges throughout my career.

My Background and Approach

I have built more than one business from scratch, sometimes with co founders and sometimes leading alone. My first grew and was sold successfully. My second showed real promise before being derailed by a trusted business partner whose actions ultimately brought it to an end.

That experience taught me first hand what it takes to rebuild after financial loss, betrayal and disappointment, and how leaders continue making decisions when the easy answers disappear.
Even when it would have been easier not to, I have always held fast to integrity, honesty and transparency, because those are the foundations that keep people aligned when everything else is shifting.
Originally from New Zealand, I moved to the other side of the world to expand a business I had built, taking it global and establishing new branches overseas. Since then I have worked with founders, leadership teams and organisations navigating high stakes transitions and moments where momentum has stalled.
I combine experienced commercial judgement with a deep understanding of how people think, decide and behave under pressure. Not as theory, but as something that shows up in decisions, conversations and execution.
That is how I help leaders and organisations find clarity, direction and resilience when it matters most.
Clarify What Matters
Cut through noise and surface what is actually holding things back.

This is not about theory or paperwork. It is about identifying the few issues that truly affect momentum, decisions and results.
Work Alongside
I work alongside leaders and teams, not above them.

Change happens faster when someone grounded, experienced and commercially minded is in the room asking the right questions.
Tools That Work
Practical approaches that show up in real decisions, conversations and actions.

No jargon. No fluff. Just methods that help teams sell better, decide faster and work more effectively.
Sustain the Shift
Quick wins help, but lasting change comes from doing things differently day to day.
We revisit, refine and adjust so progress holds even when pressure rises.
Confidence through Action
Confidence comes from doing, not talking about change.

People build capability by working through real situations, supported as they go.
