Yes. I work both in person and online, depending on what the situation calls for. For many businesses, face to face time is essential, especially when getting under the skin of what is really going on, working with leadership teams, or tackling complex commercial or people dynamics.

Sessions can include on site work, team sessions or dedicated working days. Travel and time are agreed up front and factored into the overall scope, depending on the package and what the business needs. The priority is always effectiveness rather than forcing everything into a fixed format.
