I’ve built, scaled and run businesses myself, and I’ve also held senior commercial roles inside established organisations. I understand strategic intent and the day to day reality of execution across the business, including leadership teams, investors, partners and the functions that need to work together for progress to stick.
There’s no fixed playbook. I work with what’s in front of us and apply judgement, experience and calm momentum to help the business move forward.
